a selective marker for yeast transformation system. pAUR123 is a protein
expression vector and E. coli -yeast shuttle vector derived from pAUR112.
It contains a constitutive promoter of ADH1 gene3 (Alcohol dehydrogenase
1 gene) for protein expression in yeast cells.
(Note: This vector is not suitable for high expression of protein.)
