pSI质粒载体简介
PCI和PSI 哺乳动物表达载体,旨在提升哺乳动物细胞中插入的克隆DNA基因的组成型表达。这两个载体之间的差异在于增强子/启动子区域,该区域能够控制插入基因的表达水平。 PSI表达载体包含猿猴病毒40(SV40)增强子和早期启动子区域(early promoter region),而PCI表达载体含有人巨细胞病毒(CMV)的主要及时早期基因增强子/启动子区域(immediate-early gene enhancer/promoter region)。
PSI和PCI载体可用于哺乳细胞的瞬时和稳定基因表达。对于哺乳细胞基因的稳表达,PSI或PCI载体必须共转染一个可筛选的表达载体。
