产品描述：
胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤（TSB）培养基是加富培养基，用于营养需求高的微生物（难养菌）的培养和回收，不需要加血清。胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基适用范围广泛，可用于培养好氧菌、厌氧菌和真菌。例如：

将新普通和氯化钠溶解在蒸馏水中。加入琼脂；轻轻搅拌，在121℃下放置15分钟。冷却至45-50℃。加入无菌血液。通过搅拌混合。将3毫升等分试样分配到16 X 125毫米的螺旋盖硼硅测试管中。
在冰箱中以12度的斜度冷却并固化。

Vitamin Solution A (see below).................2.5 ml
Distilled water................................1.0 L
将前两种成分混合并溶解在蒸馏水中。在121℃下高压灭菌15分钟并冷却。添加维生素溶液A。
