产品描述：
胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤（TSB）培养基是加富培养基，用于营养需求高的微生物（难养菌）的培养和回收，不需要加血清。胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基适用范围广泛，可用于培养好氧菌、厌氧菌和真菌。例如：

室温下pH值应为7.6；不要调整。将培养基在10%CO2和90%N2下煮沸。冷却并继续冲洗。加入8ml还原溶液。如有必要，稍微加热以混合，然后再加入4.8毫升还原溶液。分配7.0 ml/管（厌氧）并盖上盖子。注意事项：这种介质含有硫化钠，会产生硫化氢。硫化氢具有危险性，应在化学通风橱中制备这种介质。
