配制方法：
用600ml蒸馏水溶解34.01g脱水培养基，用少量蒸馏水冲洗残余培养基粉末。
轻轻搅动使培养基完全溶解。
加入所有热稳定添加剂。
用1N HCl/NaOH调节pH。定容至1000ml。
121ºC灭菌15 min。
冷却至 45ºC后，加入过滤除菌的热敏型添加剂。
分装到无菌容器中。
