casein enzyme hydrolysate type I 1.0 g
CaCl2·2H2O 0.15 g
Ferric Citrate (0.1 % w/v) (refer to Medium 924, see below) 5.0 mL
KH2PO4 0.5 g
MgSO4·7H2O 2.0 g
Micronutrient solution SL7 (refer to Medium 924, see below) 1.0 mL
NaCl 20.0 g
NaS·9H2O (1M) 1.0 mL
NH4Cl 0.6 g
Sodium glutamate 1.0 g
Sodium pyruvate 1.0 g
Vitamin B12 (refer to Medium 924, see below) 1.0 mL
Yeast extract 0.3 g
add distilled water to 1.0 L, final pH was adjusted to 6.8-7.0 with 1N NaOH/1N HCl before autoclaving.
Ferric Citrate (0.1 % w/v)
ddH2O 100 mL
Ferric Citrate 0.1 g
Ferric citrate was taken and add distilled water and dissolved by heating.

CoCl2·6H2O 200 mg
MnCl2·4H2O 100 mg
NiCl2·6H2O 20 mg
ZnCl2 70 mg
Na2MoO4·2H2O 40 mg
H3BO3 60 mg
CuCl2·2H2O 20 mg
Vitamin B12 (2 mg) was dissolved in 100 mL distilled water and filter sterilized by using Millipore cellulose acetate membrane filter (0.2 mm) into a sterile screw cap tube.
