ATCC 25204 Mycoplasma synoviae,滑液支原体。 菌体多呈球状或球杆状，比鸡毒支原体稍小，直径0.2~0.4µm，营养要求比鸡毒支原体更高。在琼脂培养基中，37经3~7d可形成煎荷包蛋样菌落，直径0.1~0.3mm，培养至10d以上在培养基表面可形成结晶状薄膜。能在5~6日龄的鸡胚中繁殖，能致死鸡胚。丹麦国际支原体中心， WVU 1853， ATCC 25204。关节炎鸡。可引起鸡的滑膜炎，具有良好的抗原性，平板反应、ELISA检测时与鸡毒支原体发生交叉反应。模式株。生产抗原。 1nt.J.Syst.Bact.23：59，1973培养基 18， 37℃。 |
